We will partner with you to lift up our communities and our industry.

Who should apply?

The JetBlue Foundation provides grants to qualified non-profit organizations and qualified educational organizations in the communities where JetBlue flies. Organizations must provide or support education and/or certification in one or more of the following areas of study:

  • Aviation Technology
  • Aviation Engineering
  • Aviation Operations
  • Aviation Maintenance
  • Sustainable and Environmental Programs in Aviation
  • STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

These programs must serve one or more communities that are under-represented in Aviation including:

  • Veterans
  • Women
  • Economically disadvantaged communities
  • Under-represented ethnic groups, including but not limited to African-American, Latino or Asian-American communities

As the #1 airline in Puerto Rico with more service than any other carrier and nearly 500 passionate local Crewmembers, JetBlue and the JetBlue Foundation are committed to supporting both the island’s short-term relief needs and long-term recovery efforts.

The first step in applying for the 100x35JetBlue Puerto Rico Grant Cycle is submitting a letter of inquiry to ensure your program meets the requirements. The JetBlue Foundation will be accepting letters of inquiry from qualified organizations with STEM and Aviation related educational programming in Puerto Rico through July 15th, 2018. All proposals will be considered and select organizations will be invited to submit an expanded application for final consideration by the Board of Directors.

San Juan Workshop on June 22nd

Please fill out the form to RSVP to attend the Grant Writing Workshop held on June 22nd from 10am - 4pm in San Juan at the Inter American School of Law in Hato Rey. The JetBlue Foundation staff will be on hand to answer any questions and help guide organizations through the application process.
